So you cycled really slow with one hand on the bars as you ate your chips, so that the evaporation of chippy sauce off didn't overly cool them?

three hot water bottles tonight. my youngest hasn't realised it is cold yet, when she does it will be four hot water bottles.
there is something poignant about hot water bottles. Nostalgia for your own childhood, a design that hasn't altered [those microwave ones are not right], burning your fingers pouring the water in, the gratification of sneaking them in without people knowing you've done it and then their nano-second of joy on discovering the hottie in their bed.
