Surely the point of a walking meeting is to avoid minutes? We all know that important meetings don't have minutes. Minuted meetings are theatre or mistakes.

Cometh the hour cometh the shady cabal.

“We all know that important meetings don't have minutes.“

    Depends.

Was recently in a meeting of three.

Two of us have very clear recollections of what was agreed.

Third person talked to fourth person (as agreed by the three) then agreed with fourth person on a course of action that (first) meeting was held to prevent!

Second person regrets not doing a brief minute of ‘understanding’.

Beware what you wish to not minute.

Meeting involved bicycles in a peripheral way.

Meeting involved hot beverages in a public place, but a walking meeting would probably not have had a different outcome.

Person who produces minutes can have a powerful effect on outcomes by accurate, or inaccurate reporting or by omission of key details.

Unless blatant, these rarely get corrected...

"fell asleep in the kitchen space next to the walking track and woke up as he circled past"

Did you find out how many laps you had slept through?

@ARobComp, your description reminded me of this scene from Brazil:
