I checked this morning but both gates (pedestrian at least) were open. I don't see how this is complying with the enforcement notice to reinstate the original condition but anyway. Are they being part-time closed? Should planning be asked to open a new enforcement?

Not yet, still two short diversions today - one through the illegal gates and one round the site near the Dell. Definitely clearing up though, couple.of weeks maybe.

There is a bridge, presumably for heavy plant over a weak spot, which is being removed on the 7/7 hopefully one of the last bits to go. WOL path is closed at that bit that day.
@gembo no the only diversion off the path was through the illegal gatement.
