On the cap front - they look good - quite a lot of dollars but I would personalise mine to have the lie Scottish Football Association Scotland V Holland 1978 on mine [like my dad's Archie Gembo - all lies]
The green one I bought second hand off fleaBay from a chap in Leicester. I did order a cotton 'Yehuda Moon' cap from Walz through their site, and the shipping was free from the US to Edinburgh. Not bad, I say!

@ARobComp, as noted above they shipped a cap to me for free.....I suppose it doesn't cost them much as they're so light.
