    The important phrase is "people exercise regularly" it doesn't have to be running. I had to stop running due to knee damage. However, in this study they found that there "was no evidence that runners were more likely to suffer osteoarthritis or need total knee replacements than non-runners - something scientists have feared. "

    exercise is good for you? Thank goodness someone pointed that out!!!

    I think Kim picked out the most interesting part of this whole study really. The rest of the article is just another "flash headline" article.
