Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

The important phrase is "people exercise regularly" it doesn't have to be running. I had to stop running due to knee damage. However, in this study they found that there "was no evidence that runners were more likely to suffer osteoarthritis or need total knee replacements than non-runners - something scientists have feared. "
exercise is good for you? Thank goodness someone pointed that out!!!
