Listening to the debate on chemical weapons in Syria, ITV Daybreak had a talking head this morning complaining that no government was telling people how to protect themselves - they shouldn't have children sleeping in basements, and so on.
Clearly the victims of these chemical attacks should be educated to stock up on atropine, diazepam, purchase gas masks and NBC suits, and taught how to safely live in chemical weapon zones.
It's the inverse of Chris Boardman's argument!
