York Place reopens today(?)

    The hatching is after the tramstop so surely it can't be to protect that?

    I'll come back to the report/rumour (delete as appropriate) that the Council was waiting for the tram contractors to clear off the road before it put some cycle-specific markings down. There's clearly room (although bus stops may cause issues) and there was some mention in the Leith Walk plans of linking LW to the George Street infrastructure plans, so I hope that's true.

    OK - thought it was before! Think there's hatching there too.

    Think first part is true, hope there are plans...

    Think that's still an 'aspiration' -

    Depends on what happens to Picardy Place roundabout and the whole mega-development next to it.

    I thought they want to build the replacement King James Thistle hotel inside (or on) the roundabout. My mind still can't compute how that would work.
