"£5000 for buying a bike?"
I thought that was going to be about "before I started following this forum, I would have thought this was a ludicrous amount to spend on a bicycle".
But yes, we live in a curious world where Governments think it is necessary to bribe people (who already have enough money to buy a new car) to do 'good' things.

And I thought this government was trying to safe money and make people more 'responsible for their own actions'...
