@Uberuce, you have to remember that this is the Daily Wail reporting. I was surprised the breakfast eater wasn't identified as an illegal immigrant on his way to collect benefits and then on his way to work as a fly-by-night builder/plumber/*insert occupation here.

It's the comment on the Youtube site that gets me:
"... just as frustrating to see the cyclist not in the bike lane."
What, for all of about 4 seconds while preparing to get a good look at the motorist without going into the back of the cyclist in front?

@Steveo indeed, they thought video was mine at first so wanted to get in touch to establish date and time.
Alas it wasn't but they said they'd try to follow up to establish the owner as they should have a record of him getting a ticket!
