Warm this morning! Was 4 degrees when I left. I was regretting having a full base layer 5 miles into the commute and I could have gone down to mitts.

I thought it was 'warm' today too! It was 5°C outside at commutetime. At 30mph the wind chill on my face was a wee bit nippy though.
