Freewheelin in this case - I think they sum it up rather nicely but then I am biased as they are my local shop anyway...

Freewheelin are excellent. They are up near work so I tend to use them & Leith Cycle company (nearest home). Once when I was missing a tiny vital part of my break lever I took it to Evans who didn't know what to do & basically told me to go away. Went along to Freewheelin who didn't really know what to do either but told me to leave it with them & they'd figure something out. They did, it was as good as new the next day. Legends.
