My old knackered fixed wheel was left in the stairwell unlocked, and has gone AWOL sometime between the evening of the 30th and afternoon of the 31st.

Like that but with flat bars and totally knackered.

It's a 54cm black Pearson Touché in a state of severe dilapidation. There are no pedals, the brakes are stuck on, and the bullhorn bars are unpadded (i.e. bare metal from stem to bar end). It has a vaguely dodgy radial-spoked front wheel and 3-cross rear on mavic rims, and the brake cables are held on by zip ties.

It's really quite distinctive (and of little use to anyone not willing to put a bit of time and money into it) so I suspect it is either in a skip, dumped somewhere or it may turn up in the fullness of time on eBay/gumtree what have you.

    Any help, naturally, much appreciated!

I'm currently on the lookout for some BSO's to hack up so i'm on gumtree/ebay every couple of days. I'll try and remember to keep an eye out for it.

    Thanks.

It's more annoying than anything else, because I wouldn't leave a rideable bike (for obvious reasons) but figured that one so completely useless would be OK. Obviously not!!!

I haven't ridden it more than a handful of times since last summer so it's not really going to affect me in a meaningful way (other than I thought I might be able to get a bit of cash selling it after I fixed it up).
