Odd that they single out SEPA for praise. I gather that SEPA is relocating significantly to Eurocentral, reachable only by driving along the M8...

Hardly surprising given that the government has no strategy either. Oh sorry, I forgot: "electric cars". Repeat ad infinitum. Er.....that's it.
