It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

   An alternative is a smartphone app such as Cleartune. It is designed for tuning musical instruments but will give you the frequency of any sound that you play to it.

   Pick (pluck) a spoke that has the tension that you want and read off its frequency then adjust the rest to the same frequency.
