    Makes it sound like 40 is past it. Remarkable she can still ride a bike at that age!

    Wonder if she promotes cycling in the guides?

    Um, yes, my reaction was pretty much "Yes, and?".
    I chose to spend my 40th birthday climbing a Munro, but I don't expect anyone to be impressed.
