Just a warning, there's broken glass on the Telford path (more than ususual).
In particular, at the s bend after the tunnel (if you're headed east), look out for glass on the right hand side.
(Obviously, left hand side of path if heading west.)
CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 15years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

I thought there was a lot of glass in all parts of my ride home last night. Start of the al fresco drinking season?
Perhaps the most annoying this was that a council van was parked on the very corner where there was the most glass... leaving cyclists to weave carefully past the glass.
I was only attentive as, when I crossed the red bridge heading west, a cyclist heading east had stopped to look at what looked to be a front puncture.
When I rode in this morning I kept half an eye out but didn't see any egregious glass. Perhaps I was concentrating on the wrong area (immediately townwards of the Red Bridge, rather than Leithwards of the s-bend)
Dave, it's bang-on the S-bend. Clear glass and green glass.
