Yeah, not allowed to take it into the office (despite our landlords and the partners of the firm being happy for me to do so, my direct boss isn't), so it gets locked up on the railings of the nearby NCP. Just hadn't thought about it at all!

That's rubbish. Assuming you have a Brooks saddle as well, and have to continue to leave your bike outside, this might be helpful:

Now that's interesting. Yes, I do, and slightly worried about it now too. The dynamo lights 'should' be okay, as they're properly attached and it would be a major faff to remove (the rear one you'd have to remove the wheel and guard, so that's not happening).
