    Apologies if posted here already.

"A NEW £3 million cycle route has been completed along the Great Glen.

The Great Glen Cycleway upgrade, which connects Fort William to the Highland capital, is the last leg of the Caledonia Way, known as National Cycle Network Route 78."

Reviving this thread as I have a hankering to try this route.

All the previous Great Glen threads seem to be from dates prior to the completion of this route.

So my question is, has anyone cycled the new route at all? On a touring, hybrid or road bike? (Thinking of taking a tourer, so no MTB hill trail madness for me).

    Any advice appreciated.
