I had given mini-SRD a 'sky' helmet as marketed by Frogbikes. She's only worn it once or twice. Today, as I adjusted it, the dial jammed at the smallest setting and I can't release it. Anyone have any experience of this and/or any suggestions? (I have also contacted Frog).

Pretty much instant reply from Frog saying they've not encountered this problem before and asking for my address so they can send a replacement.
