Hmm, is it much busier than the MMW/George Sq junction? Or the Mayfield Rd/West Mains Rd junction at 8.55?
It's difficult to see in the timelapse (which also seems to change speeds...), but it looks to me as if the people on bike are not much faster than the people walking at least when it's busy.
