I'm sure that's not a dig at me, though I probably do it more than most people on here.
I am conscious that this is a dilemma (for me).
I put stuff up 'for information' and other people to comment on (if they want to).
In some case the "comment" is the fact that I have posted it + (often) the 'tone' of the subject line!

Sounds more like a Mornington (or Morningside) crescent rule to me.

I think I was agreeing that no comment posts were sometimes unsatisfactory.

It is more a sad reflection on the US health care system, or rather the total lack of a universal health care system, that an 87 year old has to sue a 4 year old in order to pay for her treatment. But that is what comes of having a "small state" and a "big society", something some people would like to introduce here.
