    Mr Loophole is upset that there's not more aggressive enforcement of laws designed for motor vehicles on cyclists, as its cutting off an entire, growing segment of potential fines for him to get people wriggled out of.

    Imagine the number of swimming pools he could buy himself if the police chose to crack down on bikes made after 1984 that don't have orange reflectors on each face of the pedal (i.e. anyone who goes clipless)

    Someone, somewhere, has a non-flashing light set, reflectors in the spokes and a set of these.

    "Police are ignoring law-breaking drivers" would be just as accurate.
