The parents of a man killed when his car was hit at high speed have put the wreckage on display at Westminster as part of a campaign for tougher sentences by road safety charity Brake.

When I used to get the bus up and down from London at the weekend in the late '80s/ early '90s they sometimes had the remains of crashed cars at Charnock Richard services. There might have been others but the bus almost always stopped there because it was roughly half way.
