We've been watching this on BBC iPlayer and it's really good.
Basically a doctor that is getting people off pain-killers, anti-heart-attack drugs, statins, etc. by procuring that "miracle cure"* - exercise.
And it seems to be working.
But... He/they still haven't made the connection that you have to build exercise into your daily life (walking/cycling to the shops/work) otherwise the exercising is not sustainable.
