Four major cities move to ban diesel vehicles by 2025

    Some cities on the mainland of Europe did this sort of thing for 20 years, we are sooo far behind...

    Don't suppose any UK cities have the legal powers to ban diesel vehicles. (Except perhaps London?)

    They could all do more to restrict traffic generally.

    Edinburgh's highly desirable '10% for cycling' would go a lot further/be able to be spent more usefully if there was less traffic that 'had' to have much of the available road space...
