Why Lord Tebbit is interested in cycling

He advocated people getting on their bikes to look for work. Now we know why! More cyclists, more fines...
Probably interested because he cannot actually cycle anymore himself, old curmudgeon, he's too old to get his leg over the crossbar! Obnoxious man.
