    A colleague has had a collision with a veh at Toll Cross (I understand. Not much bent apart from his front wheel. Driver initially owned up to the cost of a new front MTB wheel build but now is denying all responsibility.

    I pointed him to Cycle Law.

    If you have used then would you mind giving me a couple of sentences of your opinion of them in a pm please, so I can pass on other's comments - STRICTLY ANONIMOUSLY of course.

    Kind regards. Dave C

    @DaveC

    They where very good when I made a claim two years ago.

    Much better that the company that are my car insurers insist I use for a recent car crash.

    See PM.

    Superb when I used them Dave. You have to be patient and let due process run its course but they are tenacious and fully understand the risks cyclists face. Highly recommended.

    As far as I understand it they operate as personal injury lawyers so won't take on your case if you didn't receive any injuries. However, they offer to give you a bit of help with going direct to the insurer if you weren't injured so it's worth getting in touch.

    I've used them and would recommend them. In my experience they genuinely care about improving things for cyclists so as @jonty says I expect they will try to help even if they cannot justify taking on your friends case.
