Catchy title, eh?
I had a Cunning Plan yesterday to store my tool roll (stumpy water-bottle sized) under the recumbent seat. It fits exactly between two spines that run the length of the seat, so my intention is to drill four holes through the carbon fibre, run some shock cord (/bungee) through those to create two elasticated loops, and subsequently revel in my brilliance.
Some further thought has suggested that shock cord running through said holes is going to have a limited lifspan unless there's something protecting it. I think I need something like a washer with a sleeve to fit through the hole. In fact, something like this:
Unfortunately, I can't find anything like that in the UK (probably because "washer with sleeve" isn't a real thing).
Any thoughts, oh great hive mind?
