I cruise along the canal at about 13 to 16 mph max and try to be very courteous, but I keep coming across a handful of £$%& walking along you point blank refuse to give way! I have one the other morning but unfortunately, my GoPro has overwritten the footage! Which is a different issue!
Is the Person of Polish descent referred to above a larger person with medium length blond hair?
I have to say the thought of ending up in the drink with a laptop on my back fills me with dread!

@StepRam yes that is him/her. I saw him yesterday. Note that the person is not always dressed in ladies clothing. Yesterday he was dressed in men's clothing including a black suit jacket. He/She almost always has a bike with several carrier bags hanging off the handlebars.

Ahh ha, one of the people who seem very interested in the Go Pro conspicuously strapped to my head! Suspect a fear of the footage appearing before the long arm of the law!
