The Cycling Champion of the Year will be presented to an individual whose contribution has made a significant impact on cycling at a local, regional or national level.

I was thinking of Holmston Road in Ayr, as well as a certain community councillor in the west of Edinburgh.

Many congratulations to our own @Sallyhinch for winning this. A worthy winner. There isn't much cycle campaigning in Scotland that Sally isn't involved in one way or another. I know she has helped me a lot and I'm sure others too despite not actually living in Edinburgh.
Also recognised was @DomD for the excellent work on #OperationClosePass, spearheading a successful pilot in Edinburgh that is now being rolled out across Scotland.
Well done both. Much appreciated.
