Cllr Graczyk calls for better cycle provision in South West Edinburgh

I'm trying to decide if articles (and views) like this is a good thing.
Is it good that people are fighting over getting cycle infrastructure because they see the benefits and it gives more weight to argument that we need more funding.
Or if we'll just end up with squabbling of the small amounts we currently have and nothing will get done.

Let’s hope/assume she Is serious about improving conditions for cycling in SW Ed.

Not clear if she is more concerned about more docks (is Just Eat paying for infinite expansion??) or paths/lanes etc.
10% of Transport budget is a reasonable amount - is it being spent ‘properly’?
