    Musselburgh's Roman archer has been dressed as an elf:

    (The figure is the first part of a sculpture trail, commemorating the Silver Arrow, competed for every year in the town and, I think, the oldest sporting event in the world).

    @cyclingmollie Excellent. I hope this becomes a Christmas fashion, dressing up statues, Santa hats on the Duke of Wellington, reindeer antlers on the bear in Princes Street gardens.
