Upper Clyde still has some greenhouses

    Remains grass all around

    Wind farms aplenty

    Just over the Hyndford Bridge

@Morningsider, be quiet and eat your mutton and peas. Proper British food, none of that forrin muck like tomatoes and ham...

Some of the greenhouses were repurposed as garden centres.

I saw a big one near Craignethan castle.

"Escape to the country" seems to be what Brexiteers plan to do next year, in order to help make No Deal a Titanic success!

@crowriver - love the idea that Bwitons will show their exceptionality by using 1.6kw to lift some dust from the floor!
That chimes in nicely with the ignorant PM talking about importance of green economy for CoP (not).
Will Dyson make such items- imagine they would be banned in other markets using EU standards as a guide?

A cargo trike can move 300kg with 0.25Kw motor - but they're made in EU. Motor rating is not important if used correctly. Also increases range of battery.

    Sorry too much politics

Pretty good all round but also touches on the issue of tourists in Scotland.

@weefolds, struggled to laugh with Romesh. The lads with him thought he was funny so maybe just me?

By chance I saw that "live" the other night on the televisor. Mildly diverting I suppose. Nice to see a bit of Skye without hordes of visitors crawling all over it.

Quite a lot of tourists trekking up the Old Man of Storr path but not rammed.

Argument was he normally goes round the world so fine to make travel show in highlands......looked summery so maybe that was less risky then?

Romesh's demeanour reminded me greatly of one of our regulars.

Also Richard Conte in The Godfather, but a different poster.
