100% dumb question (too dumb to even put it on twitter) - does this apply in scotland? (i know, this is Nat5 level modern studies and I should know the answer)

A person with a particularly conspiratorial mind might note that some tyranny-loving Spook trying to think up a dirty trick that would make the public more likely to swallow such an egregious assault on protest and liberty might well imagine something like Insulate Britain.

@SRD - mainly just England and Wales. A few sections of the Bill, as it currently stands, would apply to Scotland. Part 3, which deals with public order, only applies to England and Wales.
