So it seems each weekend I find some good bit of TV, but these are scattered through the forum and I thought it would be nice to have a whole thread full of our favorite bits of moving image.

Today I found this footage of the last lap of the 2009 cyclocross world cup. Sven Nys totally is totally dominating the opposition and then he falls...

Any more? Doesnt have to be cyclocross, or even racing, but it should be human powered :)

Well its the weekend so Im drinking tea and avoiding the thought of doing the espy's 'iron man' in a couple of hours..

Heres an amazingly long homemade travel journal, wich would be rather prosaic if not for the fact he let his (very sarcastic) wife do all the captions...

CHdot - note how smooth the main characters legs are in Breaking Away (on the right). Marion your son is shaving. Howard, that is normal for boys his age. His legs?? [Marion and Howard not real names, they are from another originally quite similar or indeed totally nicked mom and dad who adopted Arthur Fonzarella if you know who I mean CUNNINGHAM)

Now I'm not a fan of mountain biking due to my bad sense of balance and being a cowardy custard - that just doesn't seem like fun to me. But if I did mountain bike, I'd like to do it like this

Mr Pugley on Patrol has the right idea! Like hiking but slightly faster and without the sore knees and soles at the end of the day! Nice contrast to the video on the other thread filmed going up Redstone in the winter. Same activity just 2 contrasting takes on it.

Paris-Roubaix is one of the sporting highlights of the year for me. So much so that this weekend I spent the best part of four hours on the warmest Sunday of the year so far in a darkened room...

Here's some fantastic super-slo-mo footage of expensive bikes and riders going over some rough old cobbles (spotted on the excellent inrng.com). Bring this to mind next time you're cycling through Drummond Place...

Carlton Reid tweeted this earlier. I'm not sure if it's meant to - but the ending made me laugh!

(P.S. It's a consenting adult, who knew exactly clearly had no idea what they were doing!)

and currently on iplayer is 'On Hanibals Trail' wich is a bike touring/ancient history combo and looks like a good wheeze. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00t4kh3/On_Hannibals_Trail_Hitting_the_Road/

@Kaputnik, re the pugsley/lammermuirs vid, that's why your tourer has sensible width tyres and a nice steel frame, landrover tracks and hard footpaths are viable routes ;-)
