It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

   Britons might be on CCTV 70 times a day but my experience of trying to get CCTV footage of accidents is that cameras are usually not working, don't show anything useful or the footage gets wiped before you can get it.
