Lidl bike workstand, like the one in this link http://www.ridevelo.cc/blog/2016/4/6/lidls-25-bike-workstand
Took a wander down the middle aisle and ended up with one, only taken 2 years in the cupboard to realise that any work I do on the bike doesn't need it. Bit too awkward to collect by bike so could drop off in the car to anyone around leith. Free to a good home, not sure if bike station would take it if no-one on here?

Anyone got a functional dynamo hub they don't need? built into a wheel would be better but hub will be fine. Want it for an experiment and don't want to tie up the wheel of my cdf for a few weeks.

    Cash money waiting.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about a dynamo for next year...
This is really good value! Rim brakes only though.

@DW I would take your bike stand if still on the go! Not in Leith though, but can maybe persuade a friend to collect for me...

A friend has a copilot bike seat to sell. As new - for various reasons it and child it was intended for did not spend much time together. Maybe £15-20? It's in Corstorphine but might be deliverable, or I can possibly act as go-between.

So we have an Islabikes CNOC14 for sale. We bought it second hand for £100, and have added some new scratches and marks especially on the handlebars which used to have a basket attached.

If anyone is looking for a good reliable light first bike, then let me know. Open for sensible offers.

I've put some photos up here https://photos.app.goo.gl/WPdcBJBmRZoNnySd9 including a demo from the current owner.

I have various bits of wood available free to a good home. These are not just any bits of wood, however, they are a carefully-curated selection of skip finds that have been cut to make ramps, seesaws and other challenges for small bicycle riders. Edited to add the link: http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/topic.php?id=8534

There's a blue IKEA bag full. Give the children the bits of wood, their bike and an expanse of tarmac and they'll work out the rest...

    Available for collection from Morningside.

I have a couple of juveniles who would love that sort of thing (& my technical skills prevent me from making such things).

Although are they more designed for wee'r riders?

@HC. You are welcome to have them and try. I think they suit all ages up to about P7: it's partly up to the users to invent suitably challenging obstacles with them and the older the user the more challenging obstacles they create.

    Cool. Thanks.

We have tried fairly unsuccessfully with bunny hopping a broom handle so this will add to their repertoire...

Does anyone have a smallish esky / cool box I could borrow at the start of June? Got some car camping plans brewing - plan to ferry a visiting German round Mull/Ardnamurchan/etc. Hope to distract her from the midges with uneccesary luxuries...

A zefal 56cm frame fit pump

A pair of Five Ten downhill mountain bicycling shoes, with lace protecters and flat stiff soles, size 47 (europe), or 12 UK but I'd say more like 11.5

All free to a good home, I could get unhurt to take em to PY...

Sheeptoucher, how much use have the Five Tens had? I might be interested if they're not too broken in to a different foot shape.

Hi Arellcat, maybe a couple of hours in total - they are more or less pristine. Got them massively reduced from CRC a while back, had a few rides but realised I was a 48, which is important for long rides :o

Thanks, Sheeptoucher. Not quite my style I'm afraid, and possibly overbuilt for my needs, so I will pass.

Edit: On second thoughts, could I try them? I'm minded to give that Tweedbank to Edinburgh offroady thing a shot.

You are welcome to try them on. I'll just give them to bike station other wise. I'm out in balerno, could drop them off on my travels. Or peg them onto Gembo as he goes past...

@wingpig how much for the attractive retroish duvet cover?

Hm, I could do with a couple of pairs of V-brake noodles for my children's bikes (their noodles are rather rusty). If chdot doesn't need all of these, I can take four off your hands gladly.

N+1 has struck daughter, so now I have a bike box and packaging, free to a good home.

Pragmatism requires it to be gone soon, so it will be recycled if no one squeaks before the end of the week...

Anyone need one of these ?

    Thule Ridealong.

Most excellent, good to 22kg which miniMcR is now at, so have graduated to a pannier mounted version.

Tiptop condition. Retail 100ish, think i'd get +50 on ebay, but hate the shipping so sensible offers.
