It's Budget Day.
The Scotsman is reporting that a deal has been done.
It is expected that -
Labour will vote against because of the cancellation of GARL.
All other parties (plus Margo) are expected to vote in favour.
The Liberal Democrats want "£20 million for additional college places, as well as help for the Scottish post office network" (according to The Scotsman)
The Conservatives seem to have settled for more scrutiny.
The Greens have probably got money for home insulation and "marine renewables".
So the sensible Spokes proposals for taking £20m off the roads budget might have to wait for ANOTHER year...
