Why do some drivers, lets say for the sake of argument taxi drivers coming down The Mound and turning to their right, seem incapable of giving way to a vehicle proceeding with priority on a green light, if that vehicle does not have pedals instead of an engine? Could it have something to do with 'road tax' perhaps?

(purely to alert them to my presence as per the Highway Code Officer)Or for the old school types, bottle cage on the bars with a compressed air marine foghorn in it instead of a bidon ;-))
