CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 16years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

When the cooncil does the Bike Week Breakfast and supply free brekkie, with EBC giving free hex-tools and Sustrans free water bottles the queues are ginormous. We should try to get Stottie from Stott's Porridge to bring his wee wagon and give away free porridge of a morning. [ah he is trying to make a living so maybe we need a grant?]
That all sounds good to me. for a while there was a porridge bar in the meadows, but that was before I started commuting that way.
Yes that is Stottie's Porridge Bar. It is mobile like a burger van except good for you.
Mmmm...very nice at the market on cold Saturdays, although we've usually already had ours at home. Maybe Dr Bike should offer hot chocolate as well, but they often have queues too....
always free tea at TBC, just ask!
Yes the day stottie came to Balerno Farmers market I had already eaten large bowl at home but tried his too. No need for lunch that day.
