That was a productive 21 minutes! All red though. I'll find some greens at some point. Honest!

North St Andrew Street has been free of parked vehicles the past two days, with no-parking cones in all the areas previously occupied by the contractors' cars/vans.
A sign of things to come? Or just the Portrait Gallery contractors clearing out before the tramworks kick off again?

"For downright dangerous, I'd put the ASL opposite King's Theatre at end of Lower Gilmore Place. If you sit in it to turn right, buses coming from Tollcross and making a left right at King's clip the corner of the ASL reservoir quite significantly. If you were waiting far out on the right to make a right turn you can be in serious danger of being mushed by the bus."
You get a similar effect waiting to turn up Earl Grey Street out of Lauriston Place. When I went that way every day I'd sit with all lights on right in the corner glowering at traffic cutting across from Home Street, ready to leap backwards if one looked to be cutting it too fine.

Almost any right turn at traffic lights in heavy traffic - by the time the last car has come through on red you're getting hassled by the cars entering the junction on green from either side. And they never seem to realise that it's not your fault.

Good: Along the seafront at Silverknowes/Cramond. The majority of cycle paths,...
Bad: Cobbles here, cobbles there, cobbles everywhere.
Ugly: >90% road surfaces.
