  1. This should be an easy game to play...

From the story today about the student hit by a Lothian Bus getting an undisclosed amount paid out:

"I will not be prepared to brake hard or take possible dangerous evasive action to avoid ANY CYCLIST who decides to flout the rules of the road. If they sustain bodily injury as a result of their bad cycling then that will be their tough luck. As long as i can drive away with a clear conscience on the matter that will do me"

Fun though I find this game, and joking aside, if someone can be jailed for posting sectarian abuse online, should we be reporting to the Police, someone who threatens to run down another road user they believe is in the wrong? Serious question. :-/

At the very least reporting the comment to the site moderator would seem in order...

If it didn't involve reading a pile of drivel I could get into this game.

The shadow Scottish Sec in Westminster recently got away with this quote:

“I think if Alex Salmond went under a bus tomorrow – not that I would ask who drove that bus – but seriously, if he wasn’t there I don’t think there is any other member of that team who could fulfil the role that he is playing and have that relationship with the Scottish people that he clearly does.

Now I know she is joking but she should know better.
