    Interesting read.

    One very nice fact, appears that number of cyclists doubles, number of accidents remains flat - so, decent infrastructure = gains on all fronts, good for NYC.

    I hate to be the one to pick holes but the chart - the one showing that cycling has doubled since they started building bike lanes - only really works as proof of the efficacy of bike lanes if you ignore the fact that it pretty much doubled in the preceding period.

    I'm sure the bike lanes helped but cycling was growing rapidly anyway.
