Lack of Traffic Wardens causes Traffic Chaos Shocka.
Its an audio thing but basically there are no traffic wardens in Aberystwyth at the moment. The predictable chaos has happened to the town and shadenfreude has happened to me.

This reminds me of when we first moved to Bury st Edmunds. The local rag rather stupidly got wind of and announced that the only Traffic Warden was about to retire and the local council hadn't found a replacement. For the few weeks after parking in the centre was a free for all until the police reluctantly took it on. But for months after outside the centre people just dumped their cars anywhere.
