Was doing the rounds of twitter last night. I've gone with the assumption of incompetent journalism. I did enjoy that effectively the only fact they hadn't lifted straight off the Times (the 'road tax' bit) they got wrong.

He probably nearly took out a cyclist himself with his car last week and now he's all conflicted about it because it can't really be his fault can it when he's perfect and cyclists are so perfectly hateable in so many ways (let us count them).

My sister came out with the classic " I hate it when they ride in the middle of the road" just after she nearly hit a cyclist outside the Kings Theatre the other day. I was in the passenger seat and politely told her where she'd gone wrong!!!!

Yep, my wife's uncle's partner was never so rabidly anti-cyclist as she was after she doored one on Queensferry Road.
