    lol,not out yet
    had planned to be out this morning
    however my OH worked late,so I watched the boy
    now Im stuc waiting on a delivery :(

    well it was a shamefully short ride
    I have lost all power with 2 months off :o
    probably a couple of miles at most
    that was enough for my arm/shoulder
    gonna be a slow road :(

    Custard - stick in, I had similar time off post op - first time out is disheartening, it quickly comes back.

    I couldnt believe how bad my aerobic capacity was for first week!

    must admit it was much worse than I expected
    I started out on my commute route,so i could get a measure
