The subtleties of advocating 20mph

    Edinburgh is about to get a major 20mph area. It could have been bigger/better by including some 'main' roads but there were 'comments' - notably by the Police and Lothian Buses.

    @livingstreets ...yes to self-enforcing well designed 20mph, no to just putting up signs - Cambridge showed this INCREASED speeds in places!
