There is a story in today's Herald about how "High death rates in the heart of Scotland's capital have prompted plans for an overhaul of traffic systems". The raised death rate is attributed to air pollution (most of which comes from motor vehicles), so will we be seeing increased restrictions on the use of cars in the city?
