Brussels? Really? (can't see the vid, but the title below it...)
I've never been, so someone with more knowledge would be better commenting. But I've driven in Turin which was pretty hairy and congested at times. Driving 'round' Milan was equally clogged. And walking the streets of Mayfair at 1am, revelling in the total gridlock, was an eye-opener.
Those were all outside the usual 'rush hour', so I thought probably quite indicative of busy-ness.

The whole film will be online later today, apparently. I've been to Brussels, it was 7 years ago so it may have got worse since then. Yes there was a lot of traffic but as a pedestrian I wasn't particularly bothered. Don't recall seeing very many bicycles right enough...
