    Bottom of Cultins Road.

I’m sure it’s got a special page in the design manual…

Has that happened in the past few days? Didn't notice it when I trundled to Decathlon at lunchtime last Thursday, but then I tend to hop onto the road on the way there and through the tram platforms on the way back.

    No

I took it two weeks ago.

Haven’t been there for a few years so don’t know when it happened.

Likewise not seen the ‘new’ crossings over the tram tracks.

    Looks fairly new.

Didn’t go up, so don’t know how CEC has dealt with entrance to Mail depot.

Nothing much has changed at Hermiston Gait. The posties still hurtle along. The infra is shonky. But gets you to the canal towpath. I bet that puddle is still in the underpass. At the. Rail track. But I am used to it. I usually come off the stenhouse path a bit earlier these days and go round the roundabout. We used to dream about a route parallel to the tram Trax but we missed that boat. The path before from Jenners Depository to the stenhouse path is braw..as is the towpath, just the bit in the middle that is mediocre. Decathlon has also not changed but was really quiet the other day when I was in for some long fingered gloves for these cold mornings.

Yes - beat me to it. You were on Matilda the Elephant Bike and one of only five cyclists I encountered.
Did loop round by Dunsyre and stopped at Apple Pie.

Spotted a studenty guy ambling along Myreside Road yesterday on a Just Eat hire bike. No LEDs at all flashing on it. What happened to all those bikes?

Spotted @chrisfl cycling back in the rain last night - shamefully from the seat of the van after dropping some bikes off for Bikes for Refugees. Stupid time to go out but was the only spare hour I could find....

I would have been full head down in the rain, although wasn't too wet by the time I was home.

Rear hub is making some very bad noises, so In really need to get it sorted before it fully gives in.

Was apple Day at Balerno FArmers Market today plus polis were running their bike register thing. Place was full of bikes. Which is great as the local feee paper C and B News has taken to allowing Prof. D Bollard to write a column next to the columns by community Councillors and CEC Councillors. i have asked the editor Why?

Such was the absence of Single Occupant vehicles this morning in SW Edinburgh it was as if West Lothian was all on holiday for tattie howking purposes

Spotted the Illustrious Wingpig this afternoon smashing up St Mary’s Street in his imperious style. Gave him a big bellow. And the clenched fist salute

Spotted Arellcat velomobiling up Braid Road, as they spotted someone cycling down Braid Road with what looked like a pannier full of inner tubes. I was in disguise as a pedestrian.

Afraid I didn't spot you, Morningsider!

I also have no idea who I was waving to. They seemed to either recognise me or were merely encouraged by the torpedo, and frankly I'd had so many people that afternoon shouting stuff and laughing and jeering and taking photos and video that I was relieved to have a more pleasant encounter, so I responded in kind.

At the tunnel under the bypass btwn Edinburgh Park and Gogar Station Rd on Sunday, about a dozen tandems each with an able/disabled pair of riders. All very cheery. Good to see - but who are they? (And where did they get so many tandems?)

Possibly either Talking Tandems or VIE Velo?

I had to jump back abruptly to avoid being 'run over' (as the parlance goes) by a scooter on the pavement, when exiting my work this morning.

Later got an apology from a CCE member ;)
